We aren't perfect, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can get this fixed ASAP. In the subject line either put DAMAGED ITEM or WRONG ITEM and include:
- Order #
- Description of defect (or) the item that was purchased, and the item that was wrongly received
- Photos documenting the defect (or) mis-shipment
We will take care of this as soon as possible, trust. We've got you!
