We aren't perfect, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can get this fixed ASAP. In the subject line either put DAMAGED ITEM or WRONG ITEM and include:

1. 1. Order #
   2. Description of defect (or) the item that was purchased, and the item that was wrongly received
   3. Photos documenting the defect (or) mis-shipment
