US Returns
Things didn’t work out? No sweat. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and clean with tags attached. All returns & exchanges must be processed through our online portal HERE. If we made an error (wrong or defective item), email [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
Your Options
- Store Credit — always free
Return for store credit within 30 days. We cover the return shipping back to our warehouse. - Exchanges — always free
Exchange for a different size within 30 days. We cover the return shipping back to our warehouse. - Refunds — $10 return fee
Prefer a refund to your original payment method? No problem. A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Note: Payment processor fees are not refunded by banks. Refunds appear within 7–10 business days after your return is received and processed.
How to Start a Return/Exchange
- Look up your order with your ORDER # + SHIPPING ZIP CODE (or EMAIL)
- Choose the item to return or exchange
- Select your reason
- Choose Store Credit, Exchange, or Refund
- Print your USPS shipping label
- Repackage the item(s) and drop off at the Post Office
You’ll get an email once your return is received and processed with either your gift card code (store credit) or notice of a refund (minus the $10 fee).
Motorcycle Giveaway Return Policy (during active giveaway periods)
Because entries are submitted to our sweepstakes partner immediately when an order is placed, we cannot issue refunds to your original payment method during an active Motorcycle Giveaway.
- Returns for Store Credit only (free) — your entries remain valid and are not rescinded.
