US Returns
Things didn't work out? No sweat. You have 30 days to send something back to us from the day you purchase it, just follow the steps below. If you are making a return during a 'Motorcycle Giveaway' period, please see our Motorcycle Giveaway Return Policy under "Payments + Promotions".

We accept returned items within 30 days of purchase that are unworn and clean with the tags still attached. All returns & exchanges must be processed through our online portal HERE. If we have made an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) please reach out to [email protected]
- Look up your order with your ORDER # + SHIPPING ZIP CODE (or) EMAIL
- Choose an item to return
- Select your return reason
- Choose STORE CREDIT**
- Print out your USPS shipping label
- Repackage the items and drop them off at the post office
Once your order has been received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification. With a refund to store credit, there is no restocking fee. We will send you a gift card code via email once your return has been approved.
**Due to the nature of the Motorcycle Giveaway Sweepstakes we are unable to process returns for a refund to your original payment method. We will allow for returns for store credit as this does not rescind your entries for the Motorcycle Giveaway.
Once an order is placed your entries are automatically, and immediately, submitted to our sweepstakes company. We can not tamper with those entries for the Motorcycle Giveaway.
