US Returns + Exchanges

If you are making a return during a 'Motorcycle Giveaway' period, please see our Motorcycle Giveaway Return Policy under "Payments + Promotions".

All parts returns are subject to 15% restocking fee unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Items must be returned in new, unused, unopened condition within 30 days of original purchase date. If product has been installed or damaged, the return will be denied.

Once a return is processed HERE, Hell Babes must review each return before processing a return shipping label. No exchanges on this item.

Please pack your items carefully and use shipping insurance. Hell Babes will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at buyer's expense unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Credit will be given via store credit gift card within 30 days of receiving returned item.*

Hell Babes is not liable for any labor and/or installation/removal expenses incurred by customer as a result of a product purchase from Hell Babes.

*Due to the nature of the Motorcycle Giveaway Sweepstakes we are unable to process returns for a refund to your original payment method. We will allow for returns for store credit as this does not rescind your entries for the Motorcycle Giveaway.

Once an order is placed your entries are automatically, and immediately, submitted to our sweepstakes company. We can not tamper with those entries for the Motorcycle Giveaway.
