Love the item but need a different size? We’ve got you. You have 30 days to send something back for an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and clean with tags attached. Process all exchanges through our online portal HERE. If we made an error (wrong or defective item), email [email protected].

Exchange Options

• Always Free — We cover the return shipping back to our warehouse.

Instant vs. Standard Exchange

• Instant Exchange
  Your new exchange order is placed immediately so you get it faster and inventory is reserved. A temporary $1 hold may be placed on your card until your return is scanned by the carrier (just like a hotel hold). If your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days of submitting, your original items may be charged.
• Send My Exchange After I Return
  We’ll ship your new size after your return is received and processed.

How to Start an Exchange

1. Look up your order with your ORDER # + SHIPPING ZIP CODE (or EMAIL)
2. Select the item to exchange
3. Choose your exchange reason and “Exchange for a new size”
4. Pick your size and choose Instant or After I Return
5. Print your USPS shipping label
6. Repackage and drop off at the Post Office
